Hello, everyone! Due to game mechanics trading is not so popular as before. Therefore there are no established prices for goods yet. This thread is provided to compare the prices and help new traders to navigate. Prices are based on other trader topics and will be updated as frequently as possible.

The universal currency is represented in 15$ worth subscription token (1 sb) you could buy from the store. So, if you value your high quality axe as 7.5$, then it will be equal to 0.5 sb. We could also use the old points (pts) name to make the calculations easier for the eyes. 1 sb = 100 pts

Not sure what to think of basically setting the rmt value as the base unit of currency even if it's probably what it has to be. Kinda leaves a bad taste in my mouth.

Looking at HLTU prices makes me laugh. 10 Linen Cloth valued at 15$ :lol:

I agree, I don't like rmt either, but it's probably a good idea to do it this way. The value of $15 will remain more stable over time than pearls or chantrelles. It makes a good trading standard even if the tokens aren't used for trading regularly.

Theres about 0 trading on forums. You just cant go and say prices... To have stable prices you need people that sell stuff and people that regularily buy stuff. If you have neither you cant just decide prices. Theres not much value for item x if no one wants it. Also sub tokens are bad because they are quite freaking valuable. What if i want to buy just few little items not near worth of subtoken?
In short
Your prices dont make any sense, who the fuck would buy 10 linen cloth for 15$?
Currently any more than neighbour scale trading doesnt exist

You look at the table of points and exchange according to it. Let's say you have 2 pearls for 10 pts, and you want to buy an axe for 20 pts. Here you go, just go and barter, you do not have to trade in tokens.

This is why this thread has started. I will post later my own thoughts on the prices, revising them. You could post your vision as well. Like 1 linen cloth should be 5 pts and so on.

I think that as long as somone is not giving me 15$ for 10 q10 linen cloth they are not worth 15$

I know you are saying (Alay) that you don't have to use tokens but if others are, and some of them have already started trading in this way, it won't be long before it is accepted as the way of trading, which is just such a shame and only going to lose us more players in the long term, when those who can't afford to throw money away on virtual items realise the massive impact it will have on them in relation to those that have, esp when trade is a key feature in faster development.

Tbh if trading now comes down to using rl money, I certainly won't be trading! It's just ridiculous! Not to mention that it also goes against what Jorb has always said regarding rmt.
Though in all fairness them having made tokens trade-able and taken away the means of usual trading, sort of implies they knew what they were doing and the community trading in this way will certainly increase profits ... short term, but it's not the route I am willing to go down. Giving my money to the devs is one thing, gifting tokens to those who can't afford to play is another but paying for those who are already 'winning' to both play and profit, is something completely different.
