Sorry for derailing such a conversation, but
to set your client's UI scale to 1 you can modify game settings with Windows regedit (in case you are using Windows OS of course)

1. Start regedit by pressing [Win]+[R], typing regedit and pressing [Enter]
2. Navigate to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\JavaSoft\Prefs\haven\hafen branch (in left panel)
3. Locate uiscale value (right panel)
4. Edit uiscale to 1.0

UI scale 1.15 works absolutely fine for me. Likely a custom client issue or some other kind of user error.

Anyway, RegEdit-> HKEY_CURRENT_USER->SOFTWARE->JavaSoft->Prefs->Haven->hafen->uiscale.

Delete that registry entry.
