No, the link I provided was more directed at what Rebs said. Normally there should be no decay hits unless the claim has run out of authority, but it could be this issue you are experiencing might be related. For example, it may appear like your claim authority has stopped decreasing but this could just be a visual bug and it might still be ticking down somewhere. It could explain why some players have had objects start to decay on their claims while the presence appears, at least visually, to be full or of a sufficient level.

Can't say for sure if it's related or not, but either way if you start noticing stuff decaying on your claim you should definitely try filling the authority anyways even if it appears to be fine.

Thanks, I think I might have read that before but totally forgot. So really nothing should ever be decaying unless the claim disappears entirely which makes it even more strange if things are so long as the claim persists (also if the claim stake itself is not decaying), if the mechanic does indeed work the way the patch notes suggest.
