Unable to Enter Mine With Alts

I have a minehole that my main character can enter/exit , but none of my alts can go in. This just started happening within the last 2 days. Anyone else have this issue? I dont get any messages or anything, its almost like something is in the way.

There is no P-claim in the mine, I just extended the village claim down there with a flag. All my alts have all permissions , so its not a permission issue.

Its not just my mine, but any Pallisade gates on my main's P-Claimed area... Might have something to do with my main being outlawed? , I didnt realize I had criminal acts on and picked up a pile of dirt , almost killed me with 250 damage..

Your alts permissions are the correct colour?

yes, i think its a legit bug when the P-Claim owner is outlawed, no other players can pass through his pallisade gates, regardless of permissions being given.
