Checked the Condition of Boat under 1 minute before disappearing, showed no damage
Drowned in Shallow Water

Had no lag issues, everything was working fine, till... You Are Dead!

I was going to suggest a random decay tick (my alt actually narrowly missed similar fate during previous world as my dugout was killed by a decay hit AFTER and not DURING a bathroom break) but if your rowboat was indeed at full condition (get "this does not need repairs" message when using (A)dventure -> rep(A)ir) then this sounds like a bug.

Also you definitely shouldn't drown in shallow water in any situation, even when KO'd with face down in it.

Getting a 403 - Forbidden error on the image...

Without seeing the image, all I can ask is "100% sure you weren't accidentally over a tile of deep water?"

boats shouldn't be breaking in one decay cycle unless severely damaged IMO. Seems like this has come up before, but I'm just not finding it at the moment.

Just to clarify, I ran all around there on my Alt, placed dug out on exact tile that my body died on! Dug out was mode of transportation for Alt.

Your body is clearly in deep water in that screenshot. I've taken the liberty of marking the border.
