I can't move from time to time

I logged in but I couldn't move. I tried relloging, restarting client, picking up bed, but nothing worked. But then I open my belt window (which was the last thing that changed from the last time I plaid) and I could move. Right now its the third time I get stuck.
It seems to me like a ping problem, but I'm not sure, it never happened before and I'm using default client, so I can't tell. Is anyone having this problem?

Ok, its not a ping issue. When I click to pick something up on minimap the character goes for it. But when right or left click on the cenario, it doesnt go. Its not my mouse, as I can click in other features and its blocked on notebook and mouse.

Only thing that comes to my mind is that somehow client isn't the active window but when using a single monitor, active window should always be on the top of all the other windows. Also this should affect minimap as well as the main game.

Could you give us some details about what hardware and software you're using? Client, Java, operating system, version numbers, graphics card, CPU? I recall an issue similar to this with Macs. With the Macs, it was a color bit-depth issue if I recall right, but that's been several years ago.

I meant that when I click on the "world", there was no answer. But on the other hand, when I clicked on the minimap, the inventory or something else, there was an answer, even of movement.

It's fixed now. Somehow when I restarted the operational system it worked again.

Now restarting the computer is not fixing the problem. I use Dell... Java version 8:261(build 1.8.0_261-b12); Windows 10 pro 64 bits; What else?
Its stuck on world. I can only do things outside the "world". No clicks on objects or terrain will respond.

Verify your graphics drivers are updated properly. This may require uninstalling the current drivers and reinstalling the most recently released drivers by the graphics manufacturer. Sometimes if there is an update, something doesn't install properly, and simply reinstalling the broken software will fix it. There could be a bigger issue depending on what kind of hardware you have installed, but drivers are usually the issue.

More specific advice needs more specific information: CPU, GPU, driver versions to start. If you are unsure how to find them, you can post the entirety of the dxdiag log, but that's way more information than we need (and isn't as helpful since it reports on Direct X driver information, not OpenGL). If you feel comfortable posting the exact model and/or serial number, a tech (or owner) can usually find specific specs on Dell computers on their website.

I verified the drivers as you said and they are the last released, "the best possible". I'm trying to find the information you said, please let me know if its that and please let me know if I'm vulnerable to hackering by posting this

Yes, that works. Thanks. Though it's way more than needed, it's easier to ask a user for this than to try to find it via other means if they're not a technical person.

The only other thing I can think of at the moment is making sure that you have the 64-bit version of Java installed. As you are using the integrated Intel graphics (the only one I spotted in the DX report), there have been some OpenGL compatibility issues with the 32-bit drivers Intel and other vendors have provided. You can manually download the appropriate version via https://java.com/en/download/manual.jsp. You are looking for the Windows Offline (64-bit) link. Before downloading and installing, you can verify if you have the 32-bit version (x86) or 64-bit version--Open the 'Run' dialog (Win key + R or Start>Run), type 'cmd' and Enter. At the command prompt, enter the command "java -version" and it should read

java version "1.8.0_261"
Java(TM) SE Runtime Environment (build 1.8.0_261-b12)
Java HotSpot(TM) 64-Bit Server VM (build 25.261-b12, mixed mode)

Just to note: I don't recall prior complaints about the particular Intel processor and GPU you have installed, but we've recently had the graphics requirements change. I'm working on this as a likely driver problem, but I won't rule out another issue that might need dev time to fix. I would like to exhaust other probabilities before summing loftar here.
