Then maybe inspect tool should report effective quality? And even growth stage...

Nope, because it only loses quality if you chop the tree before it's 100% mature. The seeds/fruits/boughs can be harvested prematurely at full potential.

Not pain, just want to be sure that tree products being at 100% quality at any stage of the tree growth is intentional dev decision, not weird bug or side effect.
