Don't claims already block login though? If you try to login to a claim that you don't have permissions on it says that you can't login there and must login at your hearthfire.

Also i have no idea what's going on right now with the character. After closing the client on a village he keeps going on/off now

Actually, my only experience with this is village claims. I was locked in as a lawspeaker to an old village and couldn't join my new one for a couple of weeks so not only was my character stuck online when I logged off without being in a party with other villagers but if I logged back on it forced me to return to my hearthfire. Unless you've given trespassing permissions to the white group in your village options, it'll force people to return home if they try to log on within your village claim without being a villager.
