I meant that the video doesn't mean much. Your description of the event doesn't mean much even if I assume it is true, which I am happy to do, for that matter. I'm sure you're telling me the truth, it's just that, again, it doesn't matter much either way.

A couple of things to note.
He never meant your time invested in the game doesn't mean much, but rather any claims from your side that the connectivity issue was on the server side of things don't mean much.
Even though I understand you just lost time invested into the game, it is actually very small compared to what others have lost due to bugs. A few examples here and here.
Hopefully this won't be too big a loss for you. Since you at least survived you still have you character which means the most.

Well, the video says it that I was hunting for like 2h... At one moment which is shown on video, I've engaged the badger which you can see on this video... Then suddendly, some strange thing happens: your server and site are not working, while my interet is fine, I can load sites within 1 sec and they are working fine... Only your server is not responding to my client, same as your site is not responding to my browser... Same shiet happens to a friend of mine

If you say that you trust me, may I have a refund of what I lost then?

First of all, the video you keep referring to is listed as private.
Secondly, Jorb can't verify what you lost and if he gave to you what you said you lost, MANY other players would get furious seeing this as unfair treatment.

My bad, I've choosen a wrong option, now you are able to watch the video.

Well, actually Jorb can verify what I've lost because I can send him a full video, so he can see what I had on myseolf, and what happens when I log in after this server-crash, kill the badger and teleport back to check my looses ( I open the invenvtory window)

Well it's a shame actually, never gonna give any cents anymore to this bugged game... That's just sad... Not worth supporting by paying the sub anymore, not even throwing one cent anymore, I'll tell my friends about this as well so they won't get that mad as me I guess when they will loose their characters because of the server crashes.
