Prolly not so much a problem of your PC but Internet connection ... can have different reasons:
*How you're connecting to router i.e. WiFi (WLan) or Ethernet cable - with Wifi the data rate might be to low at times so the client has to wait for data (depends on technical specs of equipment and house thus also on distance)
*Priorisation of certain services like Video on Demand (i.e. Netflix), Voice Chat in your network / router or set by ISP
*The routing your ISP does when connecting to HnH server - find out with:

put in in Notepad and save as tracehnh.bat - run by doubleclicking - opens a cmd window and runs - after it's done you can edit (mark, copy) it by right clicking top of cmd window and use the context menu - you can post it in Code tags here
