Ok. I think it's ok now. i Cleared Java Cache and Apps in java configuration. Deleted Java once again and Reinstalled JRE + JDK. Now it's working fine :)

Switching back to my net gets me no response again, so the question is, why has the server (most likely the server's fault, considering I have flushed dns and all such things and am still receiving no response) blacklisted me? I have done nothing wrong!

Given that all the files are served dynamically from the host, this isn't out of the realm of possibility. Java Web Start provides no validation process as I understand, so if a file comes in corrupt, it'll start throwing errors. I usually recall issues with specific resources and such that load while playing, not in core game library files like this.

I have a strange net problem.
1st PC connected to router via Wi-Fi and runs game without problem.
2nd PC connected to same router via cable and get "Waiting for map data..." message. I've reinstalled all soft, cleaned all data, cache, reg - nothing changed. Then I tried to use VPN software and game magically started to work. When I turn off VPN - aagin "Waiting for map data..." on black screen.
Do you have any idea how to fix it?

Possibly your router signals a wrong MTU to your machine when on cable, so it creates too-big packets that then get discarded on the way - and the clients hangs while waiting for an answer that will never come as the request never makes it to the server.
Try reducing the MTU of the interface in question by some bytes (to cover the overhead of DSL PPPoE or similar) and the problem should go away.

Thank You, but did not help.
I've tried to change MTU in Windows and in router in variuos combinations down to 900 bytes from 1492. Default values in Windows - 1500, in router - 1480.
VPN software uses 1472, when game works (if change on router to 1472 - no changes). And another thing - 3 months ago game worked fine on this PC with the same options and internet.
On this PC AMD Athlon 64 X2 6400+ processor and NVIDIA 1080 graphic card if this helps.
Maybe I did something wrong with MTU or there is some another thing I should try?

Thank you for help.
I found solution - everything that's needed is to turn off "task offload" in ethernet card properties.

As it worked before: Could be a driver bug introduced by a windows update.

Good to see it resolved, have fun in the game.
