Damage is only visible in 25% increments. The reason you think you had 25% left is because your custom client displays the final step before 100% damage as 75%. The true damage was obviously closer to 100 than to 75.

it was 75% Hp. not 25%. Sorry for not clear wording.. its drop from 75% to 0 in a few seconds.
Even if it were 51% it's looks buggy =\

The wording was fine. My point is that damage is only visible in 25% increments -- 25, 50, 75, dead. What your custom client displays as "75%" is the entire span from 75 to 99.9999...%.

The custom clients display it in reverse...100%, 75%, 50%, 25%, boom gone.

that's not the issue anyway ...
a Knarr isn't supposed to lose 51-75% (or 50-74) hp in a few seconds...

Perhaps you aren't supposed to sail around in a heavily damaged knarr? How do you know it took "a few seconds"? I, for one, strongly suspect user error, and too much reliance on custom client displays of damage.
