Just to report It, so can be look at .... And mostly fixed turning off all the features in the control panel, I'll test It Better next days.
Default Always worked very well, to me at least ... Better than any other tbh.
Stable and smooth ... Time to time there Is some server lag/stutter, but that's anothere issue.
Make friends with the other crabs or try to escape the bucket.

Confirmed and Solved.

Turning off everything in the Nvidia control panel for JAVA solves the stuttering issue.

When I have time I'll try to narrow down the problem testing every default settings Nvidia uses to understand what causes the issue and I'll report here (if I find it).
