It happened to me as well, but given that i'm not the one actually managing the coops right now, i thought it was just due to the poor quality of the food given to them. Seems not to be the case.
I suppose the only place where grown chickens are ever supposed to change their quality is wherever they check if the quality of the food is below 10 in some category while they're eating, right?
If that's the case, either there is something wrong with the values supplied, or with the check itself.
I doubt it's the latter - that's essentially a bunch of if conditions and you'll already have checked them already - so maybe the foods are somehow having their quality dropped when putting them into the coop? I assume the coop takes the average quality of the foods that have been put in, so maybe that's the calculation where the issue lies?
