You have a pretty high end system. Did you build it yourself?

Just make sure the system is switched off at the back or unplugged before you dig into it.

Edit: Looking at the motherboard they really should have colored those memory slots but that would have wrecked that nice black color scheme.

Thank fuck, I went into BIOS and it was already set to 1600 so I was assuming I fried my RAM but now it's looking like this

Load up haven with and without OBS and you should see a difference. You should see a speedup on almost everything, even windows and programs, maybe load times too.

Edit: Glad this worked out, cause for some people digging into their computer can be scary. The down side would have been if you damaged something.
Edit2: Its also funny looking at the title of the thread after it turns out it was you the whole time. Its performance is still crappy considering I can load up diablo3 at 1600p and get a steady 60fps.
