game causes my screen to go split screen after awhile

not sure how to best describe this....

my monitor will go split screen after playing hnh after awhile.... think of a black band down part of my screen and my mouse wraps form the right side of the screen to the left side.... i assume its a memory leek causing my graphics card to crash after awhile?

Can you try to make a screenshot (PrintScr)?
Also some information about your machine might help...
