No Stone / Rocks seen for an hour of travel.

After going in one direction for an 5-6 hours I found "THE SPOT" and after a while I noticed that there were no rocks around... So i searched for 1 hour in all directions and still didnt find any. I made a second character to see if its gfx bug or something but on spawn point there were rocks everywhere. So can I hope to wait for some rocks to spawn or I must leave my perfect spot? Is it like a map generation bug? Or just my bad luck?

yes i have seen this as well. however i have walked around alot and some areas seem to have a ton of rocks. maybe certain ground types have a low chance of them?

Ok, found them, but they were far from my spot. There are some rock-less places so it seems.

Some areas have fewer rocks. Not a bug per se. Locking.
