Sound issues , stuttering VOIP association

- Java is up to date
- Windows 10 Java 8 Update 51
- Pressing my push to talk key in Teamspeak 3 , numpad 5 causes sound lag, video stutter in game and microphone stuttering in teamspeak 3 while push to talk is pressed.

Not necessarily a game problem by a longshot. Locking.
