Cannot Move after Rotating Map

After every map rotation action, my character fails to respond to move requests. I can click on the map and he will not move.

Steps to duplicate:
- walk somewhere
- click and hold middle mouse button to rotate map.
- character can no longer move

Is this still happening? You seem alone in it. You'd need to post some system specs if there is to be any chance of fixing this.
