I still haven't been able to collect my hats, though my purchase was made and I have an emailed receipt. Jorb/Loftar if you could lend me a hand I'd love to show off my awesome hats.

Yeah I tried right clicking on 2 separate characters, no luck. I also tried building a new one, still no hat :(

Still can't receive my items. I don't get a popup or anything when I right click my Hearth Fire.

That's strange. I see those items on your account ready to be taken out. Rest assured they're there, at least. Will investigate further.

I can't find anything obvious that could be wrong. Are you close to your Hearth Fire? Would you mind if I log in on your account to try it myself? Note that I don't need your password to do so, so no worries about that.
