Lean-to's that are claimed can't be destroyed

That's about it, if someone other than you puts a box in a lean-to, than no one else can destroy the lean-to. It doesn't give you any message about not having vandalism, you simply can't walk close enough to attempt destroying it.

You can also put stuff in other people's lean-tos and sometimes take ownership of it, while other times you can't get stuff back out. it seems random.
