Crashed client - please help

Hey I have not yet died but however my client is open on my screen but crashed and this was my last screen;



I would reload the client but I'm somewhat afraid to know if my character will be instantly drowned or not, my friend said he can still see me ingame.

Is there any chance I could get assistance with this?

I'm late to this party, but reloading your client will not kill you ingame in a situation like this.
