Bug with loosing skills?

Hey, last night i learned yeomanry and build a pallisade and now i cannot build them anymore what can i do to fix this http://puu.sh/jWh78/28ee097dbf.jpg this is a pic of "current" skills in character sheet thnx;)

they changed pallisades now you need to learn how to make them or something every one lost the ability to make them
