Claim inside cave = stuck when entering

So i entered a cave. The entrance was claimed from the inside.

I couldn't move or exit.

Activating criminal acts i would still be unable to use the exit even when i could move.

Didn't the old system let you walk off a claim if you logged into one dropped or landed on one in a cave with no punishments?

Old system
- Allowed you to move over claims freely (with criminal acts on but no criminal skills).
- Required Trespassing to interact with cave entrances and mine holes. This goes for both inside and outside. (If you entered a cave with a claimed entrance you had no choice but to hearth back if you didn't have Trespassing.)
