Not Treated With Poultice? [Resolved]

I'm not sure how long healing takes, but I applied a Stinging Poultice to my Deep Cut a couple of days ago. The Treatment seems to be gone from my health menu now, but no HHP has actually healed and my stats are still debuffed.

Are my stats and HHP stuck like this now?

EDIT: Good news everyone! I logged in again and my HHP went up. Better yet, my stats are back in full swing. It's not a bug, I'm just impatient! :D
