Can't build walls close to water... underground

That was something added last world to prevent un-ramable island fortresses and whatnot. Chances are you've got a water source within a few tiles.

I don't have any water source far around.

Before the update, i was about to make a palisade to block off the entrance to my cave, i just finished it now (after the update) and it says i cannot build the wall because it is too close to water (from the update that's three tiles right?) Well, there is no water in my cave. At all.

Anyone know if this is a bug or is working as intended (but just has the wrong warning message?)

Well for first haven it was definitely too close to entrance. Perhaps it's wrong message.

I still get the message, and cannot begin construction. Is it intentional that we can't build walls in caves? Or is it in fact a bug? I only need to know to decide if I need to move or not.
