You can access your boat packs while in the boat and still be able to paddle, hence the head lifting (literally)
Could be intended when trading on water, but you shouldn't be able to paddle.

Couldn't find any other report on this one, so here it is.
You can access your boat packs while in the boat and still be able to paddle, hence the head lifting (literally)
Could be intended when trading on water, but you shouldn't be able to paddle.

Might look wonky, but functionally it's obviously a boon to the player. I don't like blocking the lift function there, because it feels like that could potentially cause problems with players locking themselves into obscure situations, or whatever.
