Bug after death.

Hello. My new toon is bugged.
After my death I can no longer see any forageables with my new toon. I can't even see dandelions My exploration is 19 and my Perception is 18. I know it's not client because I logged in with another account and can see items without issue. That character has 13 Perceptions and 1 Exploration. So then I had someone else log in with my account and they also can't see type of forageables.

Then we both logged in at the same time...the toon with 13 Perception and 1 Exploration could see the dandelion and my toon could not. Please help...
