Hides stuck at 100% when tanning

I am constantly getting this issue when placing 4 bunny hides in a tub. One hide finishes tanning and the other three stay at 100% unless more tanning fluid is added. However if the tub window is kept open all four finish as expected.

Got the same issue with bat ones some hours ago, but i thought it was supposed to work like that and they just lacked enough fluid to end the tanning, so i didn't bother.

Testing cannot reproduce. Possible alternate explanation is that the amount of tanning fluid in the second tub was sufficient/more than in the first one.
Naively testing this does at the very least not produce claimed result.

I had the same thing happen to one of my fox hides. It shouldn't have anything to do with tanning fluid since I had 10 L of it in each tub.

Tanning stops when the tub reaches 50% (20L). I combined 2 50% tannin in the tubs and the 100% hides finished instantly. The 2 other tubs that had 50% never started.
