Minor issue: Can't plant bushes on sand

Is it intentional that various bushes can be naturally spawned on sand, but if lifted cannot be replaced on the same sand (even the exact square they were on)?

For now it is intentional that you can't replant in sand. You can't do anything else with sand, either, as it is awaiting further development.

Not sure if them spawning there is intentional, but seems logical if they spawn there, they should eventually be able to be planted there, too.

Pseudo-intended, at least. Planting and natural occurrence are two separate things.
