Can't Use Stone as Landfill

Trying to use gneiss from the smelters as landfill at land surveys to raise ground but it's not working. Says that it requires soil. Also tried to just drop it and let it decay to see if it worked like dirt does but to no avail.

This was in response to today's update. Had to use shift+rmb to raise ground via stone.

They had to change it to shift because dirt can be stockpiled now.

Stone does not work as landfill in land surveys.
Dropped stone does not decay to landfill.

Will fix.

Note to self: don't just dump stones out next to the smelter anymore.

It only makes sense that you can use stone in your inventory to fill up land with land survey. It currently doesn't work.
