After update animal start attacking very fast (you uped their agi in 2 times?).
And, also, they can double attack with attack that use IP and, immediately after it, normal attack (it hurts)

We haven't changed anything here, so, not a bug.

There might be some truth to this, i was fighting an Aurochsen, he had a lot of IP and suddenly he hits me for 170 damage partially through one of my defenses.
