cant dig on personal claim

I am trying to dig on a land survey on my claim and it goes like "land owned by somebody" I own the claim and everything. (i am using a metal shovel)

edit: can dig with hands
edit 2: now i can dig with my shovel on a smaller area of survey

Odd. Is there a village claim?

I've had similar reports. Will investigate it. Anything else odd about the situation?

its just a normal area. palisade near also paved stone nothing totally out of the ordinary.

This is not trivial to reproduce. If anyone knows when this happens, or what is up with this, I'd love to hear about it.

For now I have nothing to go on, as all my surveys seem to work pretty much as intended.
