Smoking cured hemp permanently effects Strength and Agility

After smoking cured hemp in a pipe, I get the "In The Fog" status, but after the status goes away - it's been an hour now - the stats are still debuffed. I've relogged and used other clients just to see if it was a graphical bug, but the effects seem permanent

You don't have any poultices or stitches applied?

oh... yeah that would do it. thanks. I wasn't aware that the poultices stacked the negative effects with more than one applied
