some times when trying to get out of a baot on the land it will not let you for some time, intended?

I have no clue what you are doing wrong, tbt. Would need steps to reproduce or something.

Might be similar to when you're in a wagon and ctrl + clicking madly every possible direction you can and yet cannot escape the linen binds that hold you inside... or something

If you ctrl+click on the item itself you won't exit. I'm not sure that covers all the cases you can't get out though.

If I'm a passenger in the boat, I have to click in range of the boat to get out.

If I'm using :cam bad I have a lot of trouble getting in and out without zooming in pretty far.
