Probably not a bug per see but god damn it man it's 9 freaking eggs and you wonder why I hate cauldrons.

I agree, some of the cauldron water usages are insane. I went through a full barrel with 2 large chests of silk cocoons. It wouldn't be so much of a problem if the high Q water node I use wasn't so far away

cauldrons shouldn't burn off so much water over time. i'm fine with some recipes consuming some of the water but the rate at which water boils of is insane.

My experience is that boiling some things consumes A LOT of water, but I haven't noticed that much boiling away over time. My biggest issue has been boiling mussels and silkworm cocoon. At my last base, which was quite far away from any water, I left like 100 mussels because I couldn't bother going to get the water.
