Tool quality does not impact sticks anymore

Tool quality does not impact sticks anymore

It used to be that the quality of blocks when split by a higher quality tool (axe) would raise it to the average of them, hardcapped by your survival(?)

This is no longer the case, sticks seem to be the same quality as the blocks.

Bug, or stealth-change?

I just noticed this too.

It now seems to be unaffected by tool quality. Split a 10 10 10 log with a 30 30 30 stone axe, you get 10 10 10 branches. Split a 30 30 30 log with a 10 10 10 stone axe, get 30 30 30 branches.

I guess you'll have more branches for high quality fuel now, but less disposable branches for things like ovens?

Will look at this.
"The psychological trials of dwellers in the last times will be equal to the physical trials of the martyrs. In order to face these trials we must be living in a different world."
