Last Stage 4 cheeses in the cellar is not tic while unloaded map. i wait 72 hours and get 36% and get 5% while stay in cellar.
1-2-3 stages lasts 36 hours.

Not sure I understand the bugreport. The different stages are not treated differently when it comes to whether the map is loaded or unloaded.

You are aware that the various stages do take varying amounts of time?
