Sketch discovery needed for shield

I didn't check if I still had the recipe for shield after the last patch, but I bought a sketchbook page today and discovered it, and when I wanted to check shield ingredients the recipe wasn't there. Once I crafted a sketch, the shield recipe reappeared.

Can confirm. Can't craft shield anymore.

I'd say this is major bug.
