Time to ram the brickwall. :(

Did you mine the tiles where the brickwall, and now unpaved tile, are or was that mined out via the minehole being created?

Minehole makes 7x7 tiles with the ladder in the middle, since the ladder is further away from the brickwall i would guess it was mined.

Nevertheless, why pave the cave (which will stop curios from spawning) ?
