Can't agrro animals when taming

After server update, attack on animals that want to fight does not work anymore.
When I press attack and point to animal - nothing happens, animals just ignoring me.
How to aggro them?

Are you doing over a wall?

No, but I have small room around.

Update: I opened doors and I was able to fight when cow came out.
