Beet fodder values changed from legacy

Was this intentional? One beet gives 5 units of fodder in legacy, and gives 1 in Hafen.
This is also why the livestock fodder consumption change was terrifying

We find no indication that beetroots gave more than one in legacy. Working as intended in any event.
