Mountain terrain/infinite ore

I dug on a mountain and at one point it started giving q20+ black coal. The terrain didn't change, so I'm assuming it's infinite. And since it yielded black coal, I'm assuming it could also give metal ores too. That would mean infinite metal and I'm not sure if bug or not.

Metals should be prohibited, but coal is not one. Will look at that. Enjoy it while it lasts.
