Approach blocked from every angle

Postby higherark » Sun Nov 15, 2015 5:31 am

Couldn't target someone who was bashing a palisade from any angle at all. He was only actually blocked from the north, but despite being right next to him I could not target at all until the palisade was destroyed. It's like he was inside the palisade tile itself.

There were palisades on either side a few tiles away. Not sure if that affected anything.

Myeah, not entirely sure I understand the situation either, tbt.

Apologies I'll try to be clearer.

The person was bashing an incomplete palisade that was off claim. He was not using any items just his hands. There were finished palisades on either side several tiles away.

I attempted to attack him, but from every angle it said 'approach blocked' and I could not attack him until the palisade was destroyed. Then I was able to attack as normal. This repeated several times in different locations with identical setups.

I noticed no other strange behavior regarding collision in this case. I'll try to draw it out in gimp.
