How to remove paving in cave?

On the ground we can use stomp to dirt, it does not work in caves. Any option to remove paving in caves and mines, please?

Or may be "Plant grass"? =)

Dig in paved cave floor is normal, imho. In caves no dirt.

It's correct as it was added in at some point. I can't find it in the patch notes, but there were complaints about not being able to remove tiling in caves earlier.
