midnight blue cheese

Not sure if it is a bug or not, But on completion our midnight blue cheese turned into Generic Gouda. Is this meant to happen if the cheese is left too long in the rack?

Yes leave any cheese to long and it turns to goouda. Not sure if gouda turns to gouda but who got time for that.
