boar agro'ed me while behind palisade?

Not sure if this is supposed to happen, but was just minding my own business.. bit of weeding and gardening and this boar thought to agro me over the palisade.. Thought this was not supposed to happen?

It isn't. Odd. The boar probably managed to trace to you somehow. Open gates and the like? Anything else odd?

Will look at it, but it may be hard to determine after the fact what actually happened.

Indeed might be a random artifact which is hard to trace.

- gates where closed.
- palisade on pclaim.
- pclaim is only covering up to palisade
- no vclaim

I'm not in a place to try this, but can a person outside the palisade aggro someone? My hunch is no and it's just wildlife doing this.

sry for the semi-non related stuff to the topic, except aggro + walls... jorb, if you have double gates and outside gates opened, inside ones closed, you go out and get aggroed, run inside through outer gates into the claimed between-gate area. can person who aggroed you still kill you there? or are you safe due to the visitor thebuff?

I wrote it here, since if animal can aggro you like that, player might too, and if you got open gates, he can just come in and do stuff then due to aggro off claim?

Last I heard they can knock you out but not kill you. Agro gives the criminal act outside the gate, killing you inside would require another act which is prohibited.
