Field Cairns and Criminal Acts

It seems as though even if you do not have permissions on a field cairn you do not leave any assault scents on that field cairn. Just had a few villagers aggro me on the cairn when they did not have permissions there and they left no assault scents. On village property they leave assault scents, just not on the field cairn...

Tested multiple times in my village, and I can confirm that this does indeed happen.

To expand on this, you won't leave battery scents on a field carin claim either.

Can confirm, assaulted thief on my plot within their village, left no scents, got kicked out by the biased and awful leadership.

Must be a bug.
