How? I right-click a cupboard on a claim and all I get is the error message followed by nothing exactly as intended.

He must have trespass access only, when you open a cupboard (or any other container I would guess) on a claim that you only have trespass access it will still display the message.

Yep this was the case...but I guess new bug is I still got the message
