Charter Stones: Cannot teleport carrying an object

As the topic states, you cannot teleport while you are carrying anything in your hands (wheelbarrow, barrel, cauldron and etc.). For some reason, it does not recognize the charter stone and tries to put the object where the charter stone stands.

I think its quite nice that active villages can evacuate with some effort

It's likely the very reason boshaw stated, porting and lifting the item and hearthing back will still work just fine for trading.
